Eligibility and age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old and legally permitted to use the Service under laws applicable to you. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws of your country, state, territory, or other jurisdiction. If you are legally prohibited from using the Service, you must not access or use it.

Information we collect

Sluthate Forum is operated from Jordan. We collect information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and protect the Service, including account email addresses, IP addresses associated with accounts and activity, and content users submit such as posts, comments, private messages, images, and files.

We use this information to maintain accounts, authenticate users, communicate about accounts, prevent abuse and fraud, investigate violations or potentially illegal activity, moderate content, enforce these Terms, and comply with lawful requests and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it to create behavioral advertising profiles.

IP addresses, security, and retention

IP addresses may be retained until the associated account is deleted, or longer where reasonably necessary or legally required for security, fraud prevention, disputes, investigations, preservation, or law-enforcement requests. An IP address alone does not necessarily identify a particular individual.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no website, database, server, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

User content and privacy

You retain ownership of User Content you lawfully own. By submitting it, you grant Sluthate Forum a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, format, and otherwise use it as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, moderate, secure, and provide the Service.

Public posts may be visible, copied, indexed, cached, archived, or redistributed by others. Do not post passwords, financial information, private identifying information, confidential information, or anything you do not have permission to publish. Private messages are not a guarantee of absolute confidentiality and may be reviewed by authorized staff where reasonably necessary for safety, moderation, security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

Prohibited conduct and content

You may not use the Service to violate law; threaten, stalk, harass, defraud, impersonate, or dox others; distribute malware; gain unauthorized access; interfere with the Service; harvest personal information; distribute material you lack rights to distribute; evade enforcement; or abuse automated systems.

Sexual or pornographic content is prohibited. Sluthate Forum has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material and the sexual exploitation of minors, including sexualized images of minors, requests, offers, grooming, or attempts to facilitate exploitation. We may remove material, restrict or terminate accounts, preserve relevant information, and report suspected criminal conduct as permitted or required by law.

Moderation, disclosures, and enforcement

We may review, remove, edit, restrict, preserve, or otherwise act on content and accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, investigate abuse or illegal activity, protect the Service, respond to reports, or comply with applicable law. We may disclose relevant information when reasonably necessary for lawful obligations, authorized government or law-enforcement requests, safety, security, abuse investigations, enforcement, legal rights, or prevention of imminent harm.

We do not guarantee every violation will be detected or removed. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, meet legal requirements, or address serious risks.

Third parties, international users, and privacy rights

We may use hosting, email delivery, security, storage, and other technical providers that process information only as reasonably necessary to provide their services. Third-party links and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

The Service may be accessed outside Jordan. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or anonymization, restriction or objection to processing, or information about processing. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, complete security, or that all users or content are safe, authentic, accurate, or appropriate. Nothing here excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sluthate Forum and its operators, administrators, moderators, affiliates, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages related to use of the Service. You agree to indemnify them, to the extent permitted by law, for claims arising from your violation of these Terms, User Content, unlawful use, or violation of another person’s rights.

Account deletion, changes, and contact

You may request account deletion by emailing security@sluthate.xyz or by contacting the moderation/security team through private messages. Deletion may not immediately remove content copied or redistributed by third parties, or records reasonably retained for legal compliance, security, abuse prevention, disputes, or investigations.

We may update these Terms and Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes may be announced through the Service or another reasonable method. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. For legal, security, abuse, privacy, or account matters, contact security@sluthate.xyz.

Governing law

Sluthate Forum is operated from Jordan. These terms are interpreted consistently with applicable Jordanian law, except where mandatory law applicable to a user requires otherwise. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
